I was trying to locate a lost mailbox on a large NAM system on a 7310 phone.Knowbody had any idea what the mailbox number was,it was a guest mailbox.I F983 logged into the mailbox admin and hit directory, since i didn't know the MB number. It asked me for the letters of the last name of the mailbox I was looking for.I found the persons last name and was able to adjust everything about it except to find out what the MB number was!!! I've seen a similar problem that if you don't enclude the MB in the Company directory it won't show up at all in the DIR list when you browse the list (I might be wrong about this for the NAM but I know I've seen it allot on the regular flash units)
Has anyone else seen this problem and a work around WITHOUT having to use NRU's.The NAM VM version is 4 I believe.I was so close yet so far.Luckly I found an old programming sheet and it had a few guest MB's and I plugged in each one til I found the right name that jived with the MB number.

You could always print a mailbox report.
Connect a printer to the parallel port underneath the NAM.
Feature 983 - Log in
Press 7
Press Next to go to report number 2. Which is Mbox info and press print.
This will show all mailboxes in numberic order, including mailbox type and a 'snapshot' of the mailbox at the time the report is run.
