NAM Call Forward to voice mail problem

The system is a Modular ICS with NAM, Rel. 1T1. The customer also has DID's. When you call the DID number it plays the correct mail box messsage. However, when a second caller calls that same DID number right after the first caller, the reach the general delivery mail box instead of that mail box's personal greeting. Any suggestions on how to correct this problem?

Have at least 2 intercoms on each phone, and make the prime set for each target line the DN to which the target line is directed. Brian Cox

Try rebooting the NAM alone. Just had this happen to customer and the reboot fixed it.
