I had a client with a NAM 4.1 who needed a simple Auto Answer feature. I thought that Cintech was out of business they provided Minuet and Symphony software for ACD and Call Center applications for the NAM
Well I found out that they were bought by Cincinnati Bell Technologies and they still provide the software and support and if you even have the Minuet Diskette they will still provide the key code that allows you to use it for free.
They said that they have so many systems still installed that that was the reason why they still provide full service and support. The NAM is a tank and I love the fact that it has 1000 mailboxes.
I thought I would let everyone know in case you need this software.
