NAM Auto Attendant

I was browsing through some of the old posts, but didn't see an answer for this question about NAMs.

I've got a NAM that had to be rebuilt, and it is picking up the auto attendant without programming it. Even disabling it - still kicks calls to the auto attendant, and there is no recording.

Am I missing a patch? It's a Copper 4.0.4c MOD 4. Thanks!

Did you use F982 operator and turn the AA off

are you using a service mode with the ringing dn the vm dn

Are you sure it's the AA picking up the call? You may have one or more DN's programmed for call forward/busy or call forward/no answer to the NAM DN. In this case the NAM would answer with the individual mailbox owner's greeting.
