Pretty sure I know the answer to this already, but figured there's no harm in asking...
Per previous post of mine, we're migrating from analog trunks to T1 on MICS 4.1. We also have NAM 4.0. Currently, the AA is set up to answer after 4 rings on some lines (to give live receptionist time to answer) and to answer immediately on others (backdoor numbers for employees to dial in and access voicemail, etc. without bothering receptionist). Configured this via NVM Manager -> Auto Attendant -> Lines.
Am wondering if the NAM AA is capable of being programmed to respond differently based on DID/DNIS instead of "physical" line #. Once it comes time to cut over to the T1, it would be nice to be able to configure AA to answer after 0 rings if a call comes into a certain number, but answer after 4 rings for all other DIDs. I'm guessing this is not possible and that AA answer behavior is only configurable per-line.
Thanks,
