Nam and newbie ???'s

Newbie here I can get around the Modular ics r1 we have but what is a meridian nam and what does it do It looks to have all the parts of a comuter except the monitor I don;t know.

Also whats the diff in Modular ICS and Mics is it the same I see it reffered to a bunch

wrong forum - - this must be in the norstar forum ...anycase here are my 2 cents

MICS is the same as modular ICS
NAM = norstar application module - where u can hae applications like voicemail, autattendant, ACD etc
