I had a hard drive die on me, but I saved the capabilities diskette. I ordered a 4.1 software and got it on a hard drive. It was a NAM I MOD 8 fiber. It didn't have a video card built into the SBC, or a keyboard. Very weird.

Anyway, they guy who owns the box wants to make sure the NRU works on the NAM from an IP address (via network card).

I've never set this up before, and looked in some previous posts, but didn't find anything. Does anyone have any tips? I printed out the config sheet, and it shows all my ports are there, and the software is 4.10.5, but no NVM is listed.

DaveyBoy,
I haven't done this but... NRU has the option for the RAD IP agent when it installs. Of course you need a NIC in the NAM (song here?) and a PC. Not sure how far back the IP Rad agent goes in NRU releases, but it is certainly in 9.0.
There are also the following documents:
N* Remote tools user guide (found in your NRU Pkg); and
a guide on networking your NAM.
The NRU users guide includes a chapter on the RAD IP agent.

Hope this helps
