I had a customer tell me that some people were not able to access their VM Boxes, sounds like they may have a had a problem with the channels going to sleep. They have a NAM 4.0.04A with a MICS 4.1 XC, what do you guys think? The problem was not with everybody according to the customer, and I dialed into the system and had no problem accessing voicemail feature codes, so the problem seemed to have gone away. But here is my real question I looked at the NAM with ACCESS2 and noticed the alarms and messages, what information does that really give. The alarm I saw in there said "Enough Space S9" does anyone know what that means?

thinkin you should get nam to 4.1 i believe 4.0.04a,b,c had issues..Enough Space S9 ...not really an error msg

ski season has started

That's exactly what I was thinking about the 4.0, what is with that message in the NAM though? It was the only message that was in there, multiple times.

enough space is a routine check that the system does i believe
2x a day and if you look in the error logs it probably is 2x
a day. your problem probably lies w/ congestion or traffic problems. you are probably using up all the channels simultaniously. Ask around if the people are getting an error from time to time vm busy when trying to check their messages. you may have to upgrade the channels.
good luck.

Thanks guys, I rebooted the customer's NAM remotely and haven't heard that they've had any problems, which I figured this would work at least for a while. If they continue to have problems I'll hit them up about upgrading, again for about the 3rd time.
