NAM ACCESS server password?

I'm logged into my NAM via the RS232 port using a VT100 emulator.

I'm trying to access the server menu, but I don't have the ACCESS server password.

Is there a 'default' password? (I have never changed it, but I don't have it written down anywhere in the documentation.)
