NAM AA question

hello,

I have a MICS with 1.1 software and a NAM with 3.0 software. I also have 8 analog DID lines. Everything seems to be working fine EXCEPT if a caller dials into the main number and hits autoattendant then dials an extension the caller will be sent to voicemail on ring no answer or busy.

BUT if a caller calls in on a DID to a designated station the caller is never sent to voicemail on ring no answer. I am not sure about busy.

Is this on any ext. or just some? Also verify that your target lines recvd# matches the extension. Then check the foward no answer to see if the voice mail dn is right. Do a Feat 985 to verify.
