NAM AA Dial By Name

Can I get the NAM AA to requst the first or last name or both when checking the company directory or will it only check by the last name?

One more question. Can any mailbox or Admin be done from outside calling like Partner mail allows or must I be on site and logged on via F983 tp perform MB and AA setups and changes?

nam 3.0 - 4.1 with a NIC card can be accessed via network with vm manager for Admin BUT you cant do recordings. There are vm program changes you can do thru admin mbox
