NAM 4 will not answer lines after reboot.

Has anyone seen this? We had a power outage and after the MICS and NAM came back up the NAM would not answer the lines we have selected for our CCR tree. I had to go to each line and change from Y to N to Y again and then it would answer them.

(The outage lasted longer than my large extra runtime UPS did)

Sometimes the NAM comes up first and doesn't see the Norstar. Powering down the NAM and restarting it will usually bring everything back to normal.

Maybe you had service mode turned on before the power down.
