i have a site where whenever i do a update it takes 10 to 20 tries to get the update to take place if i dont complete the process the system"acd" goes busy...as in agents cant logout, login, catogorize calls, and call just sit in queue. The agents see on phone display "system busy" voice mail "aa,vmboxes, and ccr" works fine...cintech says its because the system is busy it may take a few times to get the update complete screen but they cant explain the system busy.I am scheduling the upgrade to .0027 and i have a logging enhanced os2proc.exe but not gonna get upgraded for 3 to 4 weeks and just looking for any input.

The last time I called Cintech for an authorization code the tech told me Nortel would not support co-residency any more. He didn't say it wouldn't work, just that Nortel wouldn't support it. The first thing that comes to mind is maybe adding more RAM would speed things up.

I've heard the same thing from Nortel, they don't deny that the co-res NAM/ACD does work, they just won't support it anymore. What response have you gotten from them, luv2ski? I'm just curious.
