NAM 4.1 CCR to guest mail box

I built 4 mboxes using 300 but did not assign an extention. Thinking that is a guest mbox. when you press 1 to transf to this path you get invalid ext and return to path 0 is there a way to build a tranf path without a pysical ext. they want the option of callers to leave a msg in these boxes. Thanks in advance

If you use a Transfer option, the voicemail transfers the call to an extension (or an outside number).

If you use a Leave Message option, the voicemail transfers the call to a mailbox. This is probably what you want to use.

You're using a transfer node. Use Lvmsg instead.
