NAM 4.04C on R1T1 3

I'm replacing a CCI vm on a MICS that's on it's last leg.

The NAM I was shipped won't let me add mb231. It configured ok, 8 channels, etc... It will let me build all other mb's, but when I get to Service Class for 231, it gives me "cannot continue", and boots me out.

My supplier is overnighting me a new one, but I'm still puzzled. I've tried rebooting and reinstalling, but I've had no luck.

Anyone heard of this problem with a single mailbox?

Could that MB of been made on the NAM before you got it.

My original thought, too. I first tried deleting it. Invalid mb.

Tried reinstalling, and starting over. Same thing.

All I could think was a bad HD sector. Odd that it would only affect one mailbox, though.

Try using Voicemail Manager to add the mailbox. Maybe you'll see something there that doesn't show through the phone.

I think software corruption, maybe vendor should try updating to 4.1 to see if fixes.
Or drop to OS and play around with any HD utilities.
