NAM 4.0 no response

I installed a StarTalk NAM 4.0 on 8/8. Last friday they called and said it wasnt working. I went to the site this morning and could not get it to respond to F981, F983, etc. I disconnected the power and reconnected it and the NAM started working. Any suggestions as to what might of happened? This is a new unit, connected to a MICS 5.0 XC.

You could have had power surges that locked up NAM. Double check electrical is properly grounded. Always recomend UPS(battery Backup). Good Luck!!

I do have ups on the system. They did have a thunderstorm in the area on saturday but the problem started on friday afternoon. (Maybe the server just wanted the weekend off?)
