NAM 4.0 - MSG for YOU arrives late

I have Norstar voice mail ver 4.0. The client is reporting that "MSG for YOU" does not appear in the display window until several hours after the timestamp (at times). e.g. a message with timstamp of 11:30am does not show up on the phone until a few hours later ???

clear out all old mailboxes. have users clean out all old messages. this is the first sign of a full hard drive which will cause the delay.

You may want to change the class of service to increase the message time for that mailbox. The voice mail will not reject a outside caller but will not deliver the message to the mailbox until there is room in the mailbox for the message.

If it happens only to certian mboxes, delete the mbox and recreate it.
