NALDESK.EXE cannot be located

Hi,
NT 4.0 workstation keep getting "could not locate naldesk.exe, please reinstall ZENWorks Application Launcher components" message, even though I reloaded Novell Client Management part. Please advise?

What version of ZEN, what version of the Windows client?

Were are you running NALEXPLD.EXE from?

Hi Provogeek,

Version of ZEN is 5 and NWCLIENT is 8.3 with service pack 1. We run the ZEN from 5.1 server's sys. Please advise! Thanks!

Recheck version of ZFD, no such thing as version 5 right now. Do you mean NWClient client 4.83? besure you install SP2 for it or install client 4.9.

You run NALEXPLD.EXE or just NAL.EXE? You run it from the server, but how? Is it in the login script? Are you using UNC mapping or a drive mapping? Do you have the proper search drives?
