Nal Window Mysteriously Closes

I have yet to find a single post or site out there dealing with this one...
Netware 5.1, Zenworks 3.2, Client 4.83 sp1 and tried sp2.

We have a few computers with a restricted policy (including no ability to close launcher window) and the nal window just randomly disappears. I thought the user's were crazy at first, but I did see it with my own eyes. For no apparent reason - no user interaction the window just closes. Has anyone ever dealt with this or something similar before??

Are you running NAL Application Explorer and NAL Aplication Launcher? Just a shot in the dark but Novell has like 1 TID is all that says you can't run them both at the same time. We just recently found the TID ourselves. It causes NAL to do some pretty messed up stuff when they are both running. We are running ZEN 4 and I think it has an updated version of NAL, I belive that we had an issue quite like that when we were running a particular revision of NAL on or workstations.

I would suggest checking for an update to NAL.

I would suggest not using NAL, but using NALEXPLD instead. it integrates more nicely into Windows and you can put icons right on the users desktops.
