Does anyone know if there is a driver for the Linksys 54g notebook adapter,that will work with NAI Sniffer Pro 4.7.5 or Network Instruments Observer 8. I am trying to do some captures.The only traffic I see is traffic that is destined for my adapter.The card does not seem to be in promiscuous mode.

No, there is not.
Sniffer (4.7.5 SP2) only supports 802.11b and one type of 802.11a card. See the driver directory insise the sniffer dir to see what is supported. Otherwise, read the installation guide, it gives a list with supported drivers.
As to the 802.11g. I really hope it will come soon.
