Nagios NSClient++ Question...

I am using the NagiosVMA appliance on VMware server and it seems to work fine when I setup new clients as far as being able to ping them... but when I add the NSClient++ to Windows boxes and configure Nagios to monitor those boxes the say that the status is "Refused Connection"... I have confirmed that the Windows machines do not have a firewall on...

I used the tutorial in the following link to install the NSClient++ ... another note is that although the services shows as started etc, the systray icon never comes up... Anybody have any ideas??
