If you are using the Free edition of YA-Lite, disabling the nag screen is as simple as deleting the WebWindow.html file then copying ImageHost.html to WebWindow.html and restarting the YA client.
These files can be found in the following folder (directory):
C:\Program Files\Mitel Networks\Your Assistant 3.0\Assemblies\
Of course if you're at all handy with HTML you can create your own "Logo" rather than use the ImageHost file.
