Hello could someone please help?

In the NADAP I have 98 & 97 but I'm unable to dial this number 98740****. What am I missing? The number is live I can dial it from my mobile. But from the PBX I get vacant number.

whorsrdaddy,RODDP:DEST=98; the switch is saying it's not assigned and for some reason I am unable to cut and paste the print out NADAP:NUMTYP=CD. But 98 & 97 are there. CAT on both entries is 5 4 3 2 1.
