Nachi Virus Woes 1

Good evening,

I am the Admin of a 90% win2k and 9%winXP network. I have been hit hard by the Nachi virus and it's poundign my firewall into a dull stuppor. I have come to the conclusion that the virus is reinfecting faster than I can clean the systems and because of the obcene amout of traffice it's creating on my network i cannot download the correct patches. Does Microsoft have a site that I can download the patches and burn them to a CD instead of going through the Windows Update site? any and all help would be appreciated. I am resolved to having to take my entire network down and patching the computers one by one while the others are turned off. Also is there a way to load the updates automaticly to each machine? I am not a scriptor at all so please help.
