As far as I know a change of the call discrimination made with NACDR/NACDS is active immediately after the command is executed.

if you change parameters in number analysis, you are changing the value of categories.
As long as you do not change the settings of your extensions regarding to the changing of your categories, nothing will happen.
First change your categories and then change your directories by kscac or excac!
