NACD Programing

hi,

I am setting up NACD between 2 sites. pls find the details

Site 1Source)
Hloc :100
AC1 :0
Acd :7016 (Given to agents)

Site 2Target)
Hloc :200
AC1 :8
Acd :2002

Site 1 Nacd conf:

ACD DN # 7016
TABLE NAME: D
Entry No Target ID TIMER value Status Registered
1 02002002 10 Closed


I can a able to dial 02002002 from site 1. where as the status is showing closed in NACD.
Is there any configuration to done in site 2(Target site)or anything to be changed in source side. pls help me in this.

Here's a few basics to check:
Do you have NACD package(207)at both sites?
The link between sites is MCDN (Prevoiusly called Q931), the Nortel Propriety ISDN protocol? (NACD only works with this)
Is the Distant End ACD Queue Open, agents logged in?
On the Distant End Queue are BYTH and OVTH and CRQS greater than 0?
