Hello,

I'm running Release 25 on an Option 81c with Meridian Mail 13. We use NACD to handle overflow calls from our busy queues into other queues and have day and night tables for our NACD entries. How does the switch determine whether to use the day or night tables in NACD? I assumed it looked at the TOD controller in Meridian Mail but I don't believe that's the case now since my night tables seem to be ignored. Thanks very much for your insight.

If the originating ACD queue is in nightservice (all agents logged out, or queue put in night service by supervisor) then the PBX uses the NACD night table.
If the origination ACD queue is active (logged in agents) then the PBX uses the NACD day table.

Meridian mail has nothing to do with it.
But if you uses Time of day schedules in mail then the calls can be routed to other destinations, but this has nothing to do with the NACD tables.

Thank you very much for the clarification, it helps a great deal! Take care,

Greg
