NAC SL1100 DID forward calls outside.

NEC SL1100. How can I forward a DID call to an outside phone number? I pointed it to a virtual that was forwarded. Calling the virtual internally works, but calling the DID doesn't. Is there another way to do this? Thanks!

Check 21-11-12, call forward outside should be allowed. 14-01-13,

Thanks for the quick reply. 21-11 is Hotline assignment. Did you mean something else? 14-01-13 is already enabled on all trunks.
