N3941 skip file when restoring files

Hi

I have a problem restoring files with "N3941 skip file" error message. I knowe that there is a fix for this error in Brightsore version. 9.0. But I need a fix for arcserve 2000 advanced edition ver.7.0(build 1018) I need help.

1) development for ARCserve 2000 was stopped some time ago, so unless there is a client that still has a support contract there will be no further updates for it.

2) Go to and register and then download at least these updates.
