I have a N2125 DocuPrint about six years old with about 75k of prints on it. It is showing a "Fuser Failure, Power Off/On" message. Following the instructions on Xerox's site reseating the fuser didn't work and resetting the counter didn't work. The next step, according to Xerox is to bring in for service. Is there something else that I can do before I shell out $300 for a new fuser or bring it in for repair?

Thanks
Bob S

More than likely the heat lamp has burnt out. You can get one from Xerox for around $42.00. The part no. is 126k08410
