Hi,
I'm not very experienced building websites, but the site I just built (and am still building) The problem is with how the text places itself in either browser, it aligns to the left with no probs in Firefox, but when I load it in Internet Explorer 7, the text has jumped across the page.
I've checked and double checked alignments, what am I doing wrong?

Your very first table has a width of 128% defined. If you remove that it looks good in IE6 (all I have to test with).

Code:
<BODY>
<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 [blue][b]width="128%"[/b][/blue] bgColor=#000000 border=0>
