Hi,

I'm looking for some example of how to
print 2 portrait A4 pages on an A3,
print 2 landscape pages on an A3,

You can accomplish n-Up printing with the /BeginPage and /EndPage setpagedevice dictionaries. There should be a lot of examples if you Google for thoe terms.
