I'm looking for some software to analyze our network (ethernet) traffic. Look for problems, etc. Does anyone have any recommendations?

All help is greatly appreciated?

NAI SNiffer

Etherpeak

are 3 of the bigger names... most time when vendor asks for a trace file, they expect NAI Sniffer. I personally use SNiffer myself and prefer it over Etherpeak aside from the price tag. Etherpeak is cheaper. There are a few "free" sniffers.. most use Linux but there are a couple that are Wintel based ports from Linux.
