N+1 ETRALI

Hi;
I Need setup the N+1 Etrali sistem V38 with Nice Perform 3.5. The n+1 control is in the system Etrali.
I have two loggers with individual mappaing. The CTI to Etrali is via CDR port.
The cti etrali is connected to Nice Interaction server with P6 and redundancy port P7

Where is your problem? On the Etrali system or on the Nice system?
