Mystery of Disable New Logins

We resently installed service pack 3 on our win 4.0 TSE system running Citirx 1.8. Since that time for unknown reasons the machine will disable new logins. Simply enabling new logons corrects this for a time. But this has happened twice since SP3 was installed. Anyone seen anything like this? I could find any references to this on the Citrix web site.

Maybe something in the Load Balancing Administration tool?

Are any of ICA connections set for other servers in a farm?

Do you have any programs like ShutdownPlus running?

Have you tried Service pack 4?

I looked on the Citrix site but did not see SP 4. What are the advantages to SP 4.

Also we did add ShutdownPlus resently. Is there a known problem with SHutdownPlus?

I saw something of a "glitch" related to shutdown plus.
If you search Google for shutdown plus and citrix it should come up. There was a work around.
