mystery job in Job Status

Hi all... I have a strange problem in that our Arcserve r11.1 has showing in the Job Status window, a mystery job that shows the status as being <Corrupted> and I cannot delete it. All options are greyed out when I right click on the job. In addition, the Last Result shows a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark.

All of this happened after the backup jobs crashed due to low disk space where the database resides. (This has been remedied by the way.) And test backups are running fine, however, this one mystery job remains and I cannot get rid of it.

problem solved...

cstop (to stop Arcserve services)

delete mystery queue job in c:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup\00000001.qsd

cstart (to start Arcserve services)

mystery job is gone!
