Hey all - I have a mystery call forward set up somewhere but can't find it. Calls to 8800 are being pointed to 2200. Any tips how I can find it please? Cheers
Log into the system and do a DNB in LD 20 for 8800. This will give you a TN number. Then print off the TN number in LD 20.
Assuming that it's a digital phone, look for a KEY that has CFW on it. It might show 2200.
This means that DSC = Distant Steering Code and that 2200 is a number that routes out of the system to another destination. Using my conversion utility tool, follow the worksheet to extract all of your networking information to try and find out where is goes to.
My guess is that 2200 resides on another phone system. Did you find any reference to 8800?. Perhaps 8xxx isn't on your system and is routed somewhere else?.
All the best
