I have recently noticed a mysterious looking folder in the Documents and Settings folder on users hard drives. At a DOS prompt it is listed as c:\documents and settings\??? and can't be deleted. It can be deleted from Windows Explorer but reappears on next reboot. Does anyone have any idea where this might have originated? We recently upgraded our CA InoculateIT product and installed SMS clients, however documentation does not indicate this folder as a part of those updates. It doesn't appear to impact anything but nonetheless is quite unsettling.
