Mysterious duplicate spot color?

Hello! I have created a booklet with a pantone spot color and black. When I preflight it I get the error message that it contains a duplicate spot color. The swatches panel only shows one. Any help is greatly appreciated!

What do you see when you view the separation previews in InDesign? If you only see elements on two plates (your spot and black) then there is not much to worry about.

Thanks, I went into the ink manager and checked use standard lab. Everything seems fine now!
