Folks,
I need some clues as to the cause of something that happened today.
A branch office of my company reported that they lost all network connections. Since they have a point-to-point T1, someone down there checked the TSU and router and found no red lights flashing. On my end, I poked my head into the server room and check the TSU for that branch...everything looked fine.
Five minutes later, the branch office was connected again, through no action or intervention on our part. In other words, none of us in the company did anything.
Any clues? The T1 provider is Qwest.
