I have installed MySQL Workbench 6.0, having upgraded from MySQL Workbench 5.2
The first screen on version 5.2 had options for SQL Development, Data Modelling and Server Admministration (which are useful options) but the current version does not have these . It has a mainly blank screen with shortcuts to MySQL Doc Library, My SQL Utilities, Workbench Blogs & down the side.
Have I done an incomplete install? Are these facilities (e.g SQL Development) still available in version 6.0? Is it possible to restore the original first screen.
I am really just starting with MySQL. I would like to be able define a table with fields and to populate it with a few records.
Thanks
