MySQL setup

I've downloaded a version of MySQL and have installed it.
I'm having trouble getting it to work. I'm opening WinnMySQLAdmin.exe by clicking on the system tray Icon and clicking start service and I get Driver 3.51 not found. I've been trying to get SQL server and now MySQL to work for ages but It never cooperates.

Also, this is not the forum for MySQL. This is for Microsoft's SQL Server. They are two different things. I suggest you post your MySQL questions in the appropriate forum.
