mysql server doesnot start up in Red Hat Linux 7.0

Why does the mysql server does not start when its already installed in Red Hat Linux Server 7.0 ?
 
try to start it manually by:
#safe_mysqld --user=mysql &

or at boot time tape:
#setup
and select system services->Mysql

Hope taht help ;)
