Hi,

I am having trouble connecting to a MySQL db using the ODBC Connector. I've tried 2.5, 3.51, and even an alpha of v5 and all get the same error.

The error says [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Domain (xxx@xxxxxxxxxx.x) not found Disconnecting.

It appears that the username only accepts 16 characters. I am trying to connect to a hosted db and I can't control the username.

I've seen this happen on some machines but not others. What is going on and how can I get connected?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Scott

Can you post the full code but taking out any sensitive info. When you do replace use an x on a 1 for one basis and what back end server are you using e.g. windows, linux etc
