Hi, <br>I'm trying to define some remoteviews with Visual Foxpro 6.0 Sp3 from a Mysql 3.22.25-Server. It seems that the ODBC-Driver (2.50.29) is buggy. <br><br>Here's an example: When I try to define the tables I want to use in the view Foxpro gets the table structure. On an Oracle Server this takes 2 seconds for a table with 1.5 million records.<br><br>When I do this with the same table, which is stored on mysql the complete table is stored temp. on my pc before I get the table structure.<br><br>Does anybody know this phenomenon and can give me a hint how to solve the problem?<br><br>Greetings from Germany<br><br>Garfield
