I have installed MySQL on my Win 2K server. Everything seems to be OK, but I get the following error (in MySQL Administrator) everytime I reboot.
Code:
[Warning] 'db' entry 'DBNAME USER@localhost' had database in mixed case that has been forced to lowercase because lower_case_table_names is set. It will not be possible to remove this privilege using REVOKE.

It looks like you will have to edit the "db" system table to correct that problem.
