Mysql 4.1 Collation

I just upgraded from 4.0.22 to 4.1.7 and i was wondering if there is an easy way to change the collatino of an entire database.

I should have been more specific. Can i change the collation/charset of an entire datase and all included tables and columns with a single command? or is it a manual process.

define "collation" does not appear to be a valid command

Mysql 4.1 introduces character set/collation support. And i was looking for an easy way to change everything in one database.
