I have an Access application that I created in Access 97. When I converted it to Access 2007 I was denied use of the macros I had written. I now understand that this is a security feature. I have attempted to learn how to gain full use of the application.

For this reason I completed an on-line tutorial by Microsoft for making myself a "Trusted Publisher". This tutorial uses Excel as the teaching tool. It was stated in the tutorial that my name-choice as the trusted publisher would be available for all of the Office 2007 applications. This is apparandtly the case as I can see my name listed in the "Access Trusted Publisher listing".

Here is the problem I am trying to solve:

When I open my application in Access I get the Security Warning. Choosing "Options" the "Security Alert - Macro" window opens. I see the following choices at the bottom of this window:

1. Help protect me from unknown content

2. Enable this content

I do not see, nor can I find anywhere, an option allowing me to be a Trusted Publisher.

How do I activate "Myself"?.

BobbyWray,
I'm just taking an educated guess here: Enable the content then re-sign the code in your VBA project using the new trusted publisher signature?

Hope this helps,
CMP
