Is it for one location, or multiple locations. I typically check the Today's Operations report bottom to see when the last time the POS transaction uploaded to mm.net. For single sites I usually start troubleshooting there.
Basically? If you check the posting logs under the admin reports you'll see a posting step that essentially resets things. If something causes it to miss that, that happens.
We have seen a lot of the delayed reporting lately through mymicros. We also have had a few cases in with the Micros ebiz dept that nobody has looked at. They are usually on the ball on support. Maybe they are already making the change to the Oracle way of doing things.
There has been quite a bit of upheaval. Lots of things coming out, from e7 on mtablets to the workstation 6 being released. Things coming from Micros right now are a bit scatterbrained.
