MyCapture - why does the right column drop 1

I've switched to just two columns, and mycapture asks for a space 600px wide to contain the albums. I've left 620, but my right column drops below.

Why would it appear to the right? It's below the "twocols" container, which has 100% of the browser width.

Shouldn't the "rightcol" container be inside "twocols"? And should "twocols" be floated if its width is 100% anyway?
